The Texas Access to Justice Foundation is the
leading funder of legal aid in Texas. We are committed to the vision that all Texans,
regardless of income, will have equal access to the civil justice system. With TAJF
funding, legal aid organizations provide assistance in civil matters to more than
100,000 low-income Texans each year.

Looking for IOLTA compliance?
It
is easier than ever to confirm that you or your law firm is in compliance
with the Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program. Simply
by checking a box when you pay your State Bar of Texas membership dues,
attorneys certify that they are in compliance with IOLTA and no further
action is required. If you are not currently in compliance or have a
change to your IOLTA status, update your
IOLTA information
online. Law firm administrators can also make
firm changes online
at
any time during the year.

Voluntary Access to Justice
Contribution
It's not too late to
make your annual
voluntary access to justice contribution
through your State Bar of Texas dues statement.
Even if you have already paid your dues and forgot the
contribution, you can still donate online to help
support low-income Texans in need of civil legal
services.
