Parenting Order Legal Clinics
The Texas Access to Justice Foundation and the
Office of Attorney General collaborate on this
project that provides free monthly information clinics
throughout the state
to improve parents' knowledge and understanding of their rights and
responsibilities under parenting orders. At the clinics, parents can ask
an attorney questions about: their right and responsibilities as parents, parenting
time (visitation) with children, changing visitation orders, when court
is necessary to enforce visitation orders, etc.
